Terms of Service

By creating an account or using YTLI you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

YTLI is an AI-powered learning platform that organises your YouTube subscriptions, generates personalised knowledge feeds, and provides AI-assisted learning tools. YTLI uses the YouTube API Services — by using YTLI you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and have a valid Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You agree not to:

• Use YTLI to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate YTLI in ways that circumvent rate limits.
• Download, store, or redistribute video content obtained through YTLI.
• Use YTLI in any way that violates the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

YTLI accesses YouTube data on your behalf using the YouTube Data API. We display this data to help you manage your learning — we do not claim ownership of any YouTube content. All YouTube content remains subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service and copyright policies.

We attribute all YouTube data to YouTube and link videos back to YouTube.com. We do not allow users to download video or audio through YTLI.

YTLI offers a free tier and paid Pro/Premium plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in USD and exclusive of any taxes required by your local jurisdiction.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

YTLI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI-generated content, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. AI summaries and channel scores are informational only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YTLI's liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you via email for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
